David has over 25 years experience in real estate and facilities
management and has developed Harvard Management Solutions
into one of the region's most respected facilities management
companies. A graduate of the University of Maine, David
also completed graduate level courses in management at the
University of New Hampshire. He began his work in facility
management in student housing management, receiving management
awards from the University of New Hampshire and the University
of Maine for his notable contributions at these institutions.
In 1984, he moved into managing a regional portfolio of
housing for the elderly, before advancing to real estate
development, construction, and the management of condominiums,
office buildings and retail centers. In 1985, Harvard Management
was launched under David's sound professional leadership
and has grown into a highly regarded full-service facilities

Scott brings 17 years of experience in all aspects of facilities,
property, community and real estate management to his position.
Prior to joining Harvard Management he was the Director
of Property Operations for a management company on Rte 128,
America's Technology Highway. He has also served on a condominium
Board of Directors holding the position of Treasurer. In
addition, Scott holds a BS degree from Northeastern University
as well as a Certificate in Facilities Management from Northeastern
